A forfeit doesn't automatically disqualify your team from making the playoffs, but we do take it into account when putting together the brackets and seeding. If your team has the same number of standings points as another team, you may be ranked lower or not included because of that forfeit.
Teams with multiple forfeits or a no-show on the final week of the regular season are also more likely to be left out of the playoffs regardless of their regular season wins.
